Ingredients

  • 500 g Honey
  • .25 Liter(s) Water
  • 3/8 Liter(s) Alcohol

Instructions

Dissolve Honey:

  • In a saucepan, heat 0.25 liters of water to no more than 45 degrees Celsius. Add 500 g of honey to the hot water and stir until fully dissolved.

Cool the Mixture:

  • Allow the honey and water mixture to cool down to room temperature.

Add Alcohol:

  • Once cooled, slowly add 3/8 liter of alcohol (whisky, brandy, or spirit of wine) to the mixture. Stir gently to combine.

Store and Serve:

  • Pour the honey liqueur into glass bottles and store in a cool, dark place. Serve straight or use in cocktails.
