  • Start by pouring 0.5 oz grenadine syrup into a shot glass.

Add Almond Liqueur:

  • Carefully layer 0.5 oz almond liqueur (Amaretto) on top of the grenadine by pouring it over the back of a spoon.

Top with Overproof Rum:

  • Layer 0.5 oz overproof rum (151) on top, using the same spoon technique.

Ignite:

  • Light the overproof rum and let it warm for about 3 seconds.

Extinguish and Serve:

  • Blow lightly to put out the flame, then take the shot immediately.
