Peach Fizz Jello Shots are the ultimate summer party drink, combining the sweet and fruity flavor of peach vodka with a fizzy twist from lemon-lime soda or champagne. These jello shots are easy to make and perfect for outdoor gatherings, barbecues, or any fun occasion. Top them off with a fresh peach slice for extra flair!

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Unflavoured Gelatin 1 envelope
  • ¼ cup cold water
  • ½ cup Hot Water
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Peach Vodka
  • ½ cup Lemon-Lime Soda or champagne
  • 10 2-ounce plastic cups with lids
  • 1 Peaches pitted and thinly sliced (optional for garnish)

Instructions

Set Up the Cups:

  • Place your plastic shot cups in a single layer on a baking sheet for easy transport.

Prepare the Gelatin:

  • In a medium mixing bowl, pour in the unflavored gelatin powder. Add ¼ cup cold water and stir to combine. Let the mixture sit for 3 to 5 minutes until the gelatin absorbs the water.

Dissolve the Gelatin:

  • In a small saucepan, bring ½ cup hot water to a simmer. Pour the hot water into the bowl with the gelatin and whisk until the gelatin fully dissolves.

Add the Sugar:

  • Whisk in ¼ cup granulated sugar until it melts into the mixture.

Mix in the Vodka and Soda:

  • Pour in 1 cup peach vodka and ½ cup lemon-lime soda (or champagne). Stir until everything is well combined.

Pour into Cups:

  • Carefully pour the jello mixture into the prepared plastic cups, filling them almost to the top.

Chill:

  • Place the jello shots in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours or until fully set.

Garnish and Serve:

  • Once the jello is set, cover each cup with a lid and chill until ready to serve. For a fancy touch, top each jello shot with a thin slice of fresh peach before serving.

Notes

For an extra fruity twist, finely dice the peach and add about ½ teaspoon of diced peach to each cup before pouring the jello mixture. It adds a nice texture and extra peach flavor to your shots. You can also swap the soda for champagne for a little extra sparkle!
