By submitting your cocktail recipe (“Recipe”) to DRINK LAB, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

You affirm that the Recipe you submit is your original creation and not copied from any other source. You are responsible for ensuring that your Recipe does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

2. Rights Granted

By submitting your Recipe, you grant DRINK LAB a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display the Recipe (in whole or in part) and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed.

3. Modification of Recipe

You acknowledge and agree that DRINK LAB reserves the right to edit, modify, or alter your Recipe as it sees fit, including but not limited to changes in ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation, without prior notice to you.

4. No Copyright Claims

You understand that by submitting your Recipe, you waive any claims to copyright or ownership of the submitted Recipe. The Recipe will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.

5. Representation and Warranties

You represent and warrant that:
